Derek Johnstone – Chef and Manager
Derek has worked in some of the finest restaurants – most recently for Albert Roux at Greywalls. He spent over a year at the two Michelin starred restaurant, Le Gavroche and was the first ever winner of Masterchef the Professionals in 2008.
Derek is passionate about creating food where the true taste and quality of the ingredients shines through. He aims to use the finest, freshest local produce in all his dishes, to create food that truly satisfies – on every level.
Derek and his team are passionate about providing friendly, knowledgeable service to create a home from home retreat where people can unwind and enjoy the fabulous food, great hospitality and warming atmosphere..
